Witches’ Brew
Ingredients
- 2 ounces scotch
- 0.5 ounce fino sherry
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 0.5 ounce simple syrup
- 0.5 ounce beet juice
Method
Add all ingredients except the beet juice into a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a glass pipe or a rocks glass over fresh ice. Top with the beet juice.
