White Summer Sazerac
Ingredients
- 1 ounce Kings County moonshine (white corn whiskey)
- 0.5 ounce rye whiskey
- 0.5 ounce Singani 63 brandy
- 0.3 ounce Italicus aperitivo
- 0.3 ounce simple syrup
- 6 dashes fennel bitters
- 3 dashes celery bitters
- 1 pinch celery salt
- 6 spritzes absinthe
- 5 leaves edible flower
Method
Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with an edible flower.
