White Dragon
Ingredients
- 1.8 ounces tequila
- 0.8 ounce Cointreau
- 0.8 ounce lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- orange twist
Method
Add the blanco tequila, Cointreau, lemon juice and egg white to a shaker and dry shake (without ice) for at least 15 seconds. Fill shaker with ice and shake again until well-chilled. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass. Twist a swath of orange peel over the drink and discard.
