Waldorf
Ingredients
- Absinthe
- 2 ounces whiskey
- 0.8 ounce sweet vermouth
- 3 dashes bitters
- lemon twist
Method
Rinse the inside of a chilled coupe with absinthe and set aside. Add the whiskey, vermouth and bitters to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into the coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist, if desired.
