The Sun Also Rises
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Banks 5-Island rum
- 0.5 ounce Luxardo maraschino liqueur
- 1 teaspoon Vieux Pontarlier absinthe
- 0.8 ounce lime juice
- 0.5 ounce grapefruit juice
Method
Add the Banks 5-Island rum, maraschino liqueur, absinthe, lime juice and grapefruit juice to a shaker filled with ice and shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass filled with crushed ice.
