The Spice Is Right
Ingredients
- 1 ounce pineapple rum
- 1 ounce rye whiskey
- 0.5 ounce allspice dram
- 0.3 ounce ancho chile liqueur
- 0.3 ounce cinnamon simple syrup
- 0.8 ounce Eggnog
- grated nutmeg
Method
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
