Ingredients
- 1.5 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1.5 ounces Scotch whisky
- 1.5 ounces gin
- 1 dash absinthe
- 1 dash bitters
- maraschino cherry
Method
Add the lemon juice and sugar to a shaker and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add the scotch, sloe gin, absinthe and orange bitters with ice, and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail or coupe glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
