Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces Highland Park 18-year-old scotch whisky
- 1 ounce manzanilla sherry
- 0.8 ounce Bärenjäger honey liqueur
- 0.3 ounce Amaro CioCiaro
- 1 dash orange bitters
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
Method
Add the Highland Park 18-year-old scotch whisky, manzanilla sherry, Bärenjäger, Amaro CioCiaro, orange bitters and Angostura bitters into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
