Ingredients
- 1 ounce 151-proof gold Caribbean rum
- 0.5 ounce Lemon Hart 151-proof demerara rum
- 0.3 ounce orange curaçao
- 1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 0.8 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 ounce demerara syrup
- 1.3 cups ice
Method
Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth, up to 10 seconds. Pour (unstrained) into a large snifter or tiki vessel.
