Spiced Pear Bellini
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon pear brandy
- 1.5 ounces pear purée or nectar
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 5 ounces sparkling wine
- Garnish: pear slice
Method
Add all ingredients except sparkling wine into a mixing glass with 2 ice cubes and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled Champagne flute. Top with the sparkling wine. Garnish with a pear slice.
