Spiced Apple Fizz
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces vodka
- 0.5 ounces pear brandy
- 0.5 ounce lemon juice
- 0.5 ounce honey syrup
- Hard apple cider
- apple slice fan
- cinnamon
Method
Add the vodka, pear brandy, lemon juice and honey syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice. Top with hard apple cider and garnish with an apple slice fan and freshly grated cinnamon.
