Space Gin Smash
Ingredients
- 6 mint leaves
- 2 green grapes
- 1 green apple slice
- 1 lemon wedge
- 0.5 ounce simple syrup
- 1.3 ounces gin
- apple slice fan
- mint sprig
- green grape
Method
In a shaker, muddle the mint, grapes, apple, lemon and simple syrup. Add the gin, fill with ice, and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh cracked ice. Garnish with an apple fan, a mint sprig and a grape.
