South by Southwest
Ingredients
- 1 ounce Ardbeg 10-year-old scotch
- 1 ounce Campari
- 1 ounce Dolin sweet vermouth
- Orange blossom water
- Garnish: Orange twist
Method
Mist the inside of a chilled Old Fashioned glass with 4 sprays of orange blossom water and set aside. Add the scotch, vermouth and Campari into a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into the Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with another spray of orange blossom water and an orange twist.
