Sotolero
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces sotol
- 0.8 ounce Lillet blanc aperitif
- 0.8 ounce Salers gentian aperitif
- 8 drops orange bitters
- 1 lemon peel
- dill sprig
Method
Add the sotol, Lillet blanc, Salers and orange bitters into a mixing glass with ice, and stir for 30 seconds until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Express the oil from the lemon peel over the drink and discard. Garnish with a dill sprig.
