Snap, Chat & Rum
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces rum
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1.5 ounces sugar snap pea and fennel puree
- 0.8 ounce simple syrup
- fennel frond
Method
Add the aged rum, lime juice, sugar snap pea and fennel puree, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a fennel frond.
