Smuggler’s Cove Straits Sling
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces gin
- 0.5 ounce Heering cherry liqueur
- 0.3 ounce Benedictine
- 0.8 ounce lemon juice
- 0.5 ounce demerara syrup
- 1 dash bitters
- 1 dash bitters
- 2 ounces club soda
- lemon slice
Method
Add the gin, cherry liqueur, Benedictine, lemon juice, demerara syrup, Angostura bitters and orange bitters into a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with the club soda. Garnish with a lemon slice.
