Smoke Show
Ingredients
- 2 ounces mezcal
- 0.3 ounce Cynar
- 0.3 ounce green Chartreuse
- 0.5 ounce lemon juice
- 0.5 ounce simple syrup
- Egg white
- cinnamon
Method
Add the mezcal, Cynar, green Chartreuse, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with freshly grated cinnamon.
