Sidra House
Ingredients
- 5 shot rum
- 1 ounce apple cider
- 0.5 ounce Gonzalez Byass solera 1847 oloroso dulce sherry
- 0.3 ounce Clear Creek pear brandy
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 apple fan
Method
Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with an apple fan.
