Shifting Sands
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces gin
- 2 teaspoons maraschino liqueur
- 1.5 ounces grapefruit juice
- 0.3 ounce lemon juice
- Club soda
- grapefruit wedge
Method
Add the gin, maraschino liqueur, grapefruit juice and lemon juice to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with chilled club soda. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
