Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces scotch
- 0.8 ounce Chambord
- 0.5 ounce cream
- 0.3 ounce Earl Grey syrup
- lemon peel oil
Method
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into a chilled coupe. Express the oil from a lemon peel on top, then discard the peel.
