Rum & Ginger
Ingredients
- 1.3 ounces rum
- 0.3 ounce rum
- 0.8 ounce lime juice
- 1 teaspoon passion fruit puree
- 1 dash bitters
- ginger ale
Method
Add the rum blend, overproof rum, lime juice, passion fruit puree and bitters into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with the ginger ale.
