Rooster-Tail
Ingredients
- 2 ounces peach brandy
- 1 ounce madeira
- 1 lemon
- 0.5 ounce raspberry syrup
- 3 dashes bitters
- mint sprig
- raspberries
Method
Add the peach brandy, madeira, lemon juice, raspberry syrup and bitters to a shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled, and strain into a small goblet filled with fresh cracked ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and a couple raspberries.
