Roman Holiday
Ingredients
- 1 ounce Amaro Meletti
- 0.3 ounce Campari
- 1 ounce cold-brew coffee
- 0.8 ounce pineapple juice
- 0.8 ounce lime juice
- 0.3 ounce demerara syrup
- 1 pinch sea salt
- cinnamon stick
Method
Add the Amaro Meletti, Campari, cold-brew coffee, pineapple juice, lime juice, demerara syrup and sea salt into a shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a double rocks glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
