Ingredients
- 4 ounces Rainier beer or other domestic lager, chilled
- 1 ounce Aperol
- 0.3 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Garnish: lemon twist
Method
Fill a wine glass with ice, add all of the ingredients and stir briefly and gently to combine. Garnish with a lemon twist.
