Rainbow Planter’s Punch
Ingredients
- 5 ounces rum
- 5 ounces rum
- 3 ounces orange curaçao
- 0.5 ounce allspice dram
- 6 ounces orange juice
- 6 ounces pineapple juice
- 3 ounces grenadine
- 3 ounces lime juice
- 3 ounces simple syrup
- 1 tablespoon bitters
- lime slices
- orange slices
- pineapple slices
Method
Combine the white rum, dark rum, orange curaçao, allspice dram, orange juice, pineapple juice, grenadine, lime juice, simple syrup and bitters in a large pitcher or punch bowl. Garnish bowl with lime, orange and pineapple slices. When ready to serve, add individual servings to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into punch cups or large goblets filled three-quarters of the way with ice. Garnish each cup with citrus and pineapple slices.
