Pink Peppercorn Botanical Gimlet
Ingredients
- 1.5 teaspoons peppercorns
- 2 ounces Square One Botanical
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 0.5 ounce agave nectar
- lime wheel
- peppercorns
Method
In a cocktail shaker, lightly muddle the pink peppercorns until crushed. Add the botanical spirit, lime juice and agave nectar to the shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into a highball glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and a few peppercorns.
