Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
Ingredients
- 1 ounce vanilla vodka
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 dash grenadine
Method
Add the vanilla vodka and pineapple juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass. Add one dash of grenadine down the side of the glass, so it slips to the bottom.
