Persephone’s Elixir
Ingredients
- 1 ounce tequila
- 0.8 ounce pomegranate liqueur
- 0.8 ounce lemon juice
- Ginger beer
Method
Add the tequila, pomegranate liqueur and lemon juice to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a highball glass. Top with the ginger beer.
