Pear Tree Martini
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces pear vodka
- 1.5 ounces St-Germain liqueur
- 0.8 ounce lime juice
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- pear slices
Method
Add the pear vodka, elderflower liqueur, lime juice and bitters to a shaker filled with ice and shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with 3 pear slices.
