Pear Brandy Sidecar
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces Stone Barn Brandyworks pear brandy (or similar)
- 1 ounce Cointreau
- 0.5 ounce fresh lemon juice
- Garnish: sugar rim
Method
Rim a cocktail glass with sugar and set aside. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into preparred glass.
