Pale Horse Rickey
Ingredients
- 2 ounces whiskey
- 0.5 ounce sherry
- 0.5 ounce lemon juice
- 2 ounces coconut water
- edible flowers
Method
Fill a highball glass with ice, then add the mezcal, sherry and lemon juice and stir briefly to combine. Top with the mango-infused carbonated coconut water. Garnish with edible flowers.
