Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces gin
- 2 ounces white grape juice
- 0.5 ounce tarragon syrup*
- 1 dash saline tincture (1:1 ratio of salt to water)
- 1 can ginger beer
- 1 piece orange peel
Method
Add all ingredients except the ginger beer into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Pour into a highball glass over fresh ice. Top with the ginger beer and stir gently. Garnish with an orange twist.
