New Orleans: #RAD
Ingredients
- 1 ounce cognac
- 0.5 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- 3 dashes absinthe
- 0.8 ounce lemon juice
- 0.5 ounce strawberry puree
- rosé
- mini rubber ducky
Method
Add the cognac, St-Germain, absinthe, lemon juice and strawberry puree to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a white wine glass. Top with sparkling rosé. Garnish with a mini rubber ducky (optional).
