Negroni Sorbet
Ingredients
- 1 ounce gin
- 1 ounce Campari
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- 2 cups ruby red grapefruit juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- orange twist
Method
Combine the gin, Campari, sweet vermouth, grapefruit juice, sugar and water into an ice cream maker and freeze, according to the ice cream maker instructions, until the mixture begins to obtain the consistency of sorbet. Transfer to a closed container and store sealed in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Serve in a cocktail glass or wine glass. Garnish with an orange twist or peel cut into the shape of a flower.
