Luck of the Irish
Ingredients
- 1 ounce West Cork Distillers 10-year-old single-malt Irish whiskey
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- 1 ounce green Chartreuse
Method
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
