Add the cognac, Dubonnet rouge aperitif, Cherry Heering, blood orange juice and lemon juice into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled. Double-strain into two chilled stemmed cordial glasses or Nick & Noras. Garnish with a cocktail cherry and a lemon twist.
