Lavender Honey Cream
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces Square One botanical spirit
- 1 ounce lavender honey syrup
- 1 ounce heavy cream
- 1 large egg white
- lavender blossoms
Method
Add the botanical spirit, lavender honey syrup, heavy cream and egg white to a cocktail shaker and dry-shake (without ice) vigorously. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a few lavender blossoms.
