Latitude 29 Mai Tai
Ingredients
- 1 ounce rum
- 1 ounce Rhum Clément V.S.O.P. Martinique rhum agricole vieux
- 0.5 ounce orange curaçao
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 0.5 ounce Latitude 29 Formula orgeat
- 0.3 ounce simple syrup
- lime shell
- mint sprig
Method
Add the dark Jamaican rum, Rhum Clément, orange curaçao, lime juice, orgeat and simple syrup into a shaker with 2 scoops of crushed ice, and shake for 10 seconds until well-chilled. Pour unstrained into a double Old Fashioned glass. Sink the spent lime shell into the drink. Garnish with a mint sprig.
