Lady in Blue
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces gin
- 0.3 ounce creme de violette
- 0.8 ounce lemon juice
- 0.5 ounce simple syrup
- 3 drops orange flower water
- Blue curaçao
- 5 edible flower
Method
Add the gin, creme de violette, lemon juice, simple syrup and orange flower water into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled Double-strain into a coupe glass. Pour a slip of blue curaçao down the side of the glass so that it layers on the bottom of the glass. Garnish with edible flower petals.
