Kirsch au Café
Ingredients
- 1 ounce cognac
- 0.8 ounce kirsch
- 0.8 ounce Cherry Heering
- 0.5 ounce simple syrup
- 0.5 ounce egg white
- 1.5 ounces espresso
Method
Add the cognac, kirsch, Cherry Heering, simple syrup and egg white into a shaker and dry-shake (without ice) vigorously. Add the espresso into the shaker, fill with ice and shake again until well-chilled. Double-strain into two small cocktail glasses.
