Ingredients
- 1.5 ounce bourbon
- 0.3 ounce amaro
- 0.5 ounce lemon juice
- 0.5 ounce harissa syrup
- 0.8 ounce orange juice
- aleppo pepper
Method
Rim 1/3 of a coupe glass with crushed aleppo pepper. Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled. Double strain using a hand-held strainer into the prepared coupe.
