Italian Bird
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces rum
- 0.8 ounce Campari
- 0.5 ounce sherry
- 0.5 ounce honey
- 1 pinch salt
- pineapple sage
Method
Add the rum, Campari, sherry, honey syrup and salt into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, and garnish with pineapple sage.
