Irish Blonde
Ingredients
- 2 ounces whiskey
- 0.8 ounce orange curaçao
- 0.3 ounce sherry
- 1 dash Bitters
- flamed orange peel
Method
Add the blended Irish whiskey, orange curaçao, fino sherry and orange bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.
