Improved Dunlop
Ingredients
- 2 ounces port
- 1 ounce rhum agricole
- 1 teaspoon sugar syrup
- 1 dash bitters
- grapefruit peel
Method
Add the tawny port, rhum agricole, cane sugar syrup and bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a coupe. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
