Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces white or aged rum
- 0.3 ounce apricot liqueur
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 0.5 ounce lime juice
- 0.5 ounce simple syrup
- lime wheel
Method
Add the rum, apricot liqueur, pineapple juice, lime juice and simple syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
