Hot Apple Pie
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Calvados
- 0.3 ounce mead
- 0.8 ounce apple juice
- 0.3 ounce lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 dried apple slices
- cinnamon stick
Method
Add the calvados, mead, apple juice, lemon juice and cinnamon-infused honey into a small saucepot and heat until near simmering, stirring occasionally. Strain into an Irish Coffee mug. Garnish with 2 dried apple slices and a cinnamon stick.
