Holy Water
Ingredients
- 1 ounce rum
- 1 ounce cognac
- 0.8 ounce orgeat
- 0.5 ounce lemon juice
- 0.5 ounce lime juice
- 0.3 ounce grapefruit juice
- 3 dashes bitters
- 0.5 ounce green Chartreuse
- lime half
- sugar cube
Method
Add the infused rum, cognac, orgeat, lemon juice, lime juice and grapefruit juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a highball glass over crushed ice. Float the bitters over the top of the drink. Juice half a lime and place the empty lime shell on top of the drink. Pour the Chartreuse into the lime shell. Place a sugar cube in the lime and ignite with a match or lighter.
