Holy Smokes
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces bourbon
- 0.5 ounce Cardamaro vino amaro
- 0.5 ounce Benedictine
- 2 dashes The Bitter Truth chocolate bitters
- 1 teaspoon Ardbeg Uigeadail single-malt scotch
- Garnish: flamed orange peel
Method
Add the bourbon, Cardamaro, Benedictine, Bitter Truth chocolate bitters and Ardbeg Uigeadail single-malt scotch into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled small cocktail glass. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.
