Holiday Sparkler
Ingredients
- 4 dashes orange bitters
- 1 sugar cube
- 0.5 ounce elderflower liqueur
- 1 ounce cranberry juice
- 2 ounces sparkling rosé
- rock candy stir stick
Method
Soak a sugar cube in orange bitters and place it in a Champagne flute. Add the elderflower liqueur and cranberry juice and top with sparkling rosé. Stir briefly and gently to combine. Garnish with a rock candy stir stick.
