Here Comes the Sun
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces whiskey
- 0.8 ounce ginger syrup
- 0.5 ounce lemon juice
- 1 ounce wheat beer
- lemon wedge
Method
Add the whiskey, ginger syrup and lemon juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe, and top with the beer. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
